This lesson provides a brief introduction to Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) a form of psychotherapy that has been found in clinical studies to be efficacious in treating many emotional health concerns. It also introduces Sophia and Robert, who suffer from anxiety and depression and are receiving CBT. In future lessons you’ll see Sophia and Robert’s stories unfolding, as they learn different skills in therapy to better cope with their particular challenges.
