Intro to CBC

This lesson provides a brief introduction to Cognitive Behavior Coaching (CBC), a form of coaching that addresses many emotional health concerns. It also introduces Sophia and Robert, who suffer from excessive stress/anxiety and low mood/sadness, and are receiving CBC. In future lessons you’ll see Sophia and Robert’s stories unfolding, as they learn different skills in coaching to better cope with their particular challenges.
